What costs will i incur on software?
On software there are no chargers per hour or anything like a tech would charge, but instead we charge a flat-rate of $4.95 per linux , open office, boot n repair cd's. Plus on most software the shipping is free!
What is your return policy on software?
We carry a 7 day return policy on all software that covers the media 7 days from the date you receive it. This will allow you to test it to make sure it runs properly and if it doesn't we can exchange it for a different software disc or for a full-refund. Prior to software returns we offer the option of free tech support via email or phone to make sure you are trying to set it up correctly.
